Andrea Johnson

OFFICE MANAGER

Andrea was born and raised in Sarasota and has been working with Dr. Mac for over 25 years. What she loves about her job are the new people she meets every day and her wonderful co-workers that are also her closest friends.

Andrea and her husband are kept very busy with their two boys Garrett and Cooper. 

In Andrea's spare time, she loves to be with her family and friends. 

Bonnie DeToma

INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Bonnie was originally born in New Jersey and moved to Sarasota in 1990. Bonnie has been with Dr. McAninch for over 20 years. Bonnie is our insurance go to. If there is a question about your insurance, Bonnie can answer it and is always willing to help. 

Bonnie and her family enjoy spending time with each other and in their spare time, Cinderella's castle calls them over to see the Mouse. Bonnie is a fabulous baker and makes the most delicious desserts for all to enjoy! 

Connie Delaney Garrett

CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Originally from Panama City, Florida, Connie has lived in Sarasota since 1972 and is very proud to be a true Floridian. She received her dental education in Tampa, FL and became certified that same year after graduation in 1982. Connie worked briefly in general dentistry but her passion for pediatrics has kept her in this field for over 30 years. 

Connie is married to a local Sarasota native, Wayne Garrett; Wayne is a retired MLB player. They have four grown daughters. When not working, Connie enjoys the beach, fishing in Boca Grande, reading and working out. Connie is one of 10 children and she is always ready to travel northwest to visit her large family.

Lynn Suppa

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Lynn began working for Dr. Mac in December of 1990. Whether it's their first visit or their last, Lynn enjoys making a child's visit a positive, fun, and enjoyable experience. "I love being part of something that has such a positive effect in a child's life. The best part of my job is watching a child leave our office happy, comfortable and with a big smile on their face".

Lynn was born and raised in Sarasota. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters and two adorable granddaughters. When I am not at work I enjoy, the outdoors, photography, my family and friends.

Marrianne Mongillo

FRONT OFFICE / DENTAL ASSISTANT

Marrianne was born and raised in Ocala until age 7. She then lived in Ohio for two years, and then moved to Sarasota. She graduated from Venice High School in 1986 and Concorde Career Institute for E.F.D.A. in 1992.

Marrianne has over 30 years combined experience in dentistry, including General, Orthodontic, and Pediatric. She has worked with Dr. Mac for over 15 years.

Marrianne and her husband Anthony have a blended family of five children, three grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter. In her free time, she can be found cooking, sewing, surfing, kayaking, reading or spending time with her four dogs.

Nancy Rolfs

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Nancy was born in IL but has been living in Sarasota since she was 7 years old. Nancy has been working in the dental field for over 30 years.

Nancy and her husband live in Nokomis and have two girls Natalie and Morgan that keep them very busy. 

In Nancy's spare time, she and her family enjoy boating, traveling, and spending time with their family and friends.

Olivia Le Mon

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Olivia was born and raised in Michigan; she moved to Sarasota with her family in 2011. Olivia has enjoyed her early years of her dental career, here in our office. Olivia is devoted to working with children and is very ambitious to become more knowledgeable about pediatric dentistry. 

Olivia and her husband are kept busy by their four children. In Olivia's spare time she enjoys biking, traveling and is always up for trying out a new restaurant. 

Eliza Heinlein

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Eliza is a fun loving Florida native and mother of 4 adult children. Eliza is passionate about dentistry and sharing her excitement with children to ensure a positive experience in our office. In Eliza's free time she enjoys outdoor activities, DIY, traveling and of course her favorite four-legged sidekick Wheeler.
